Tollywood Stars Who Did Not Take Remuneration for Their Films. In India, after B-town it is T-town that is regarded as the biggest film industry. It makes many big budget movies and has most gigantic stars of the country too. When it comes to remuneration, most of the top actors of Tollywood take handsome remunerations for their roles. There are few stars who did not take remuneration for their films.
Here is the list of heroes who did not take remuneration for their films.
Ram Charan
Ram Charan has not accepted the remuneration for the movie ‘Dhruva’. He usually takes about 15 to 17 crores for a movie, but this time he owned the Nizam box office collections. He will take the collections of Nizam this time as remuneration.
Prabhas
Prabhas has been working on magnus opus movie ‘Baahubali’ since two years. It was paid 25 crores for the movie and after it collected about 600 crores worldwide he was given a share of 25 crores.
Mahesh Babu
Mahesh Babu is Tollywood’s Superstar. He takes around 20 crores for a movie. For his movie ‘Srimanthudu’ he has been one of the producers under his own production company G. Mahesh Babu Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. The movie collected about 145 crores and he took the share instead of remuneration.
Pawan Kalyan
Power star takes around 20 crores of remuneration for a movie. He did not accept remuneration in particular for his movie ‘Sardar Gabbar Singh’ and have taken the share from the collections.
Jr. NTR
Jr. NTR is going to work with Vakkantham Vamsi for his next. The movie will be produced by Kalyam Ram under NTR Arts Banner. NTR won’t accept the remuneration for the flick and instead will take the share in the collections.
Venkatesh
Venkatesh has not accepted any remuneration for ‘Babu Bangaram’ movie. He usually accepts 10 plus crores for a movie. He took the Nizam region share instead.
Nage Chaitanya
Naga Chaitanya has not accepted any remuneration for “100% love” movie, which is a biggest hit in Chay’s career. Instead Allu Aravind, who produced the movie, gave satellite rights of the movie as remuneration to Maa TV which is owned by Nagarjuna.
